Andrews Square’s new wine bar and small plates bistro opened in January, and is already charming regulars into spreading the word and visiting again and again. Chef Josh Cardon, formerly of The Capital Grille and No Mass Cantina, is at the helm of the new concept. The Cellar 56 experience offers affordable wine and flavorful small plate pairings in a charming atmosphere, served up by a very knowledgeable team. With small plates priced from $3-5 and wines at $3 for a half and $6 for a full glass, Cellar 56 is upscale dining without the big investment.
